My lovely lunch

Salam semua,

Today, I want to share my story with you all... If you know me, u should know what l am going to tell u...right ?....cooking...cooking....cooking......

So, this was what we had for lunch yesterday, since my hubby was still hungry even though he had already ate NB the early morning and he said to me, that he only ate a small portion...... hihihi

Well, I went to my kitchen, checked my refrigerator , and saw "Japanese tofu n also belacan paste". So I decided to cook this......

My first recipe : Japanese tofu

My second recipe : Sambal belacan. Heat up ur frying pan with oil, add big onions, stir until it's cook, n in a small bowl, mix belacan with lada kisar, then put the mixture into the pan...stir again... u can add lada padi [ sebanyak dan spedas yg d sukai ], add msg, salt n sedikit sugar.....

I forgot to take a picture before we ate it and this was AFTER we ate it.... hihihi


My third recipe : Ikan kering....tastes yummy macam keropok..u can eat it even without nasi....
my hubby n my daughter like this So called Ikan....hermm, nyum...nyum...


This is Mambangan, courtesy from my friend HR, thx u..... l just mix this buah with chilli, lada padi, red n white onions...stir..add msg, salt n f u want add sugar....


So, that's all 4 our lunch yesterday......

This morning, l cooked "ayam penyet" for someone who ordered it from us........ We put that AP in a container and it costs $1 per container. (Liyana: Lurus kah jua inda tu -.-)

Hemm, that should cover it.....you are all welcome to try this menu.... f u like....

wow..best nya..tapi yang paling i suka sangat ialah sambal mangga..terleleh air liur i tengok sambal mangga....emmm sedapnya
