Recovery

Salam semua.....

Rasanya dah lama aku tak buat apa2 kat sini...entah knapa ......mungkin malas kot......

Tapi yg penting nak kasi tahu kengkawan kat cyber nie.....felt better already..... even yesterday l help my colleague with our gardening........

When l'm at home, sometimes l just sit n watch the tv or wit my or read novel.......Now already finish one novel.......well good 4 me...

So later on, l will ask my children to jog at Damuan........

Salam semua.... achooooooo [ sneezing again ].......

Since last night l was not feeling very well....l've been attack by a flu n towards the morning, my body shivering....

felt so cold n have to cover my body wit a very thick blanket.....achooo [ ~sigh~ ] so l did not went to my work....

This morning, my fever went down.... slept for 2 hours....but still have a little headache.... still sneezing..... n needed TLC from my hubby......huhuhu

Hopefully..... l'll be better tomorrow.......

My Weekend

Bismillah Hir Rahman Nir Rahim.... Salam semua.......

This afternoon, before we sent our eldest daughter to her extra class.... we went to this restaurant call " Amsara" which is located at Kiulap...... Actually, there are 3 restaurant ..... The first one called Amsara, the second one opposite Amsara , which is called "Mutiah" and at the end of the block, it called "PGS".....so we went each restaurant to check out the menu... so at the end we decided to went at Amsara.......It serve buffet which cost $6 per adult n $3 per child.......

The menu : Fried Mee, Kerabu Telur, Daging Kicap....., Buttermilk chicken, sweet and spicy fish, sayur pucuk n sayur campur, sup daging.....
For the dessert : kuih bingka . cake, bubur cha - cha.....

for the first course, l eat the fried mee n kerabu telur........
For rhe second course : l eat white rice, butter milk chicken, sayur pucuk, sweet n spicy fish, n again kerabu telur......the kerabu so yummy .....
For my dessert l choose bubur cha-cha n kuih bingka n hot coffee......it's took us about one hour to finish our lunch....after that...sent our daughter to her class......

After that went home...but as 4 my self n hubby we went to another jemputan......

p/s : 4 my hubby thx dear for giving us the free lunch out....mayb, next time yea...

My Buffet Catering......

Just want 2 share with u.........It's started .......

On saturday, just like l promised u all l have to cooked for a buffet catering........ The menu 4 that day is :

ikan merah masak sweet n sour , actually u have to add the sauce into the fish....... n l forgot to took the pic......

This is the sauce......

Ayam masak kurma...

Sayur campur masak sos tiram......

Sambal hati buyah......
For the drink we gave them air bandung, for the fruits we gave them watermelon n honey dew..

So, f u wish to eat all the food.... just try n cook it ur self...f not u can asked me to cook it for u......kekeke
well, l'm proud of my self, jobn l felt happy......

Jangan sengaja lewatkan solat.
Perbuatan ini Allah tidak suka.


Jangan masuk ke bilik air tanpa memakai alas
kaki (selipar).
Takut kalau-kalau terbawa keluar najis,
mengotori seluruh rumah kita.

Jangan makan dan minum dalam
bekas yang pecah atau sumbing.
Makruh kerana ia membahayakan.


Jangan biarkan pinggan mangkuk yang telah
digunakan tidak berbasuh.
Makruh dan mewarisi kepapaan.


Jangan tidur selepas solat Subuh, nanti
rezeki mahal
(kerana berpagi-pagi itu membuka pintu
berkat).


Jangan makan tanpa membaca BISMILLAH dan doa makan
Nanti rezeki kita dikongsi syaitan.



Jangan keluar rumah
tanpa niat untuk membuat kebaikan.
Takut-takut kita mati dalam
perjalanan.





Jangan pakai sepatu atau selipar yang
berlainan pasangan.
Makruh dan mewarisi kepapaan.
Jangan biarkan mata liar di perjalanan.
Nanti hati kita gelap
diselaputi dosa.



Jangan menangguh taubat bila berbuat
dosa kerana mati boleh datang
bila-bila masa.


Jangan ego untuk meminta maaf pada
ibu bapa dan sesama manusia
kalau memang kita bersalah.


Jangan mengumpat sesama rakan
taulan. Nanti rosak persahabatan kita
hilang bahagia.


Jangan lupa bergantung kepada ALLAH
dalam setiap kerja kita.

Nanti kita sombong apabila berjaya.
Kalau gagal kecewa pula.
Jangan bakhil untuk bersedekah.
Sedekah itu memanjangkan umur
dan memurahkan rezeki kita.
Jangan banyak ketawa. Nanti mati jiwa

Jangan biasakan berbohong, kerana ia adalah
ciri-ciri munafik dan
menghilangkan kasih orang kepada kita.


Jangan suka menganiaya manusia atau haiwan, Doa
makhluk yang teraniaya
cepat dimakbulkan ALLAH.


Jangan terlalu susah hati dengan urusan dunia.
Akhirat itu lebih utama
dan hidup di sana lebih lama dan kekal selamanya.



Jangan mempertikaikan kenapa ISLAM itu berkata JANGAN.
Sebab semuanya untuk keselamatan kita.




ALLAH lebih tahu apa yang terbaik
untuk hamba ciptaanNya.

When me n my kids meet Waie [actually he called me "ngangah" ]... all of us will see a new behaviour .... such as Waie will show us his new dance , or show us how the barber[ lingka ] cut his hair or show us how he look like when his angry ......sometimes he make us laugh ...n laugh..... another time l make him cry...coz.. l will kiss him senseless........

So this is our "Waie"......

First of all, wanted to say sorry to my blogger friend coz it's been a long time l didn't put any new entries.... actually bukan tak de masa, tp sja malas...

So. on sunday....before l went to my n laws house, my hubby asked me to cook the crab... n when l asked my children what they want me to do wit the crab, they said they liked it wit curry...


As my son friends came over to my house to do their project..l also cooked for them "ayam kicap n vegetable...."

On monday , as for dinner, my hubby bought this kolo mee n together we cook this for our children because they like it.... so we have kolo mee 4 dinner.....
The recipe :
Just boil the water , add the chicken which cut into a small pieces to make it easy 4 u to eat it later, add the salt, msg....
While waiting, cut the shallots n garlic into small pieces n then fried it wit oil....n after it cooked, take out the shallots n garlic put it aside...
after that, put the osyter sauce, any soya sauce, n campur sikit dgn minyak dari bawang tadi....stir it well.....
f u want, put fish ball / fish cake or sawi....
For the mee, just put it into a boil water, when it 's cook...Wala...it ready to eat....

On tuesday, l found this look yummy kuih in the recipe book.... n when l see all the ingredient are all in the cupboard, so l make my self rajin n buat that kuih.... my kuih look good, but when l taste it l realised that l put to many salt in it....

Today someone order nasi bungkus from us... so l cook fried chicken, daging msk black pepper n pusu...... n then we put into the container.... this cost about $1.00....... As 4 my self, l make nasi bungkus 4 all my colleague, which l put into the small plastic ...... l put white rice, pusu / tahai for sambal n then add telur rebus/dadar......



Hah. that all the cooking activities this week..not to mention on saturday as well.........but l thx god 4 the giving me the ability to cook......alhamdullillah....
